Exclusive and purrfectly cat-focussed care. Your feline(s) will have a quiet place to call home while you are away. There are no other pets in the home and I only accept cats from one household at a time so you can be sure that they will get the love and attention they deserve.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required for services exceeding $100. Full payment upfront is required otherwise. Payments are non-refundable but may be applied to future services if the following notice periods are met:- Daytime Services: 48 hours notice
- Overnight Services: 7 days noticeNo refunds or credits will be issued for a service that is already in progress.

Recurring services booked 2 or more times per week are eligible for a 10% discount.Holiday & Peak Season Surcharge
Steph’s Petcare and Dogwalking applies an additional 20% fee on services scheduled during the following periods:
- Long weekends (Friday to Monday)
- Statutory holidays
- Christmas seasonTravel Fees:
The following neighbourhoods are subject to a travel fee: Whatcom, Clayburn, McKee, Immel-McMillan, Sumas Way.

Drop-In Visits • Sep 25, 2025Stephanie is incredible! I can't recommend her services enough. She is highly attentive to detail, has a deep well of concern and care that she demonstrated with thorough pet check-ins (including sending the most adorable pet photos), and is just an overall stellar person that I would entrust again and again to look after my senior cat ladies. It can take a lot of patience to care for senior pets, but Stephanie didn't bat a lash at the request and she did an amazing job. Let this be your sign to book her before she is booked by someone else to look after your fur babies!
